6 Most Common Myths About Smartphones



TECHBYTE:You shouldn't believe everything what you hear about smartphones.Here are some most common myths about smartphones.
                    In the world of Technology  there are many rumors and myths about mobile phones absolutely that are not true. Smartphones are used for calling ,messaging,chating, email, playing games etc. People take care their smartphone like there own children. They buy new smartphones and take so much care because are these myths.In this post here are most common myths given that you should stop believing.

Myth 1. MORE RAM IS BETTER FOR SMARTPHONE --  


 We all have myth that smartphone with higher RAM have better performance. Android user always prefer to have more RAM which is not true. iPhone work fine with just 1GB or 2GB RAM. Nexus 5 is having only 2 GB RAM  which seems fastest phone. So instead of sending money on higher RAM you should optimize your phone's performance.


Myth 2. SMARTPHONE WITH  MULTI-CORES ARE FASTER--


 
If your smartphone has multi-core processor then it is not necessary that it will be the fastest phone.
iPhone  which has only two-core processor is faster than any 8-core processor smartphone. The one thing that matters is quality. The quality of the cores is what matters. 

Myth 3. CLOSING BACKGROUND APPS SAVE BATTERY POWER -- 

 


 Smartphones  allow applications to run in the background for efficient multi-tasking. The myth is that kill these apps using task killer saves battery and speed up phone. But the fact is apps are cached in RAM which only helps you to get to the apps more quickly.


Myth 4. MORE MEGAPIXEL MEANS BETTER CAMERA --


There is another myth that if your phone have more megapixels in your camera then it will be great .
More megapixel only helps in case of printing images on a large-sized sheets. The quality of camera  depends on how much light it take.  Better cameras actually have bigger image sensors. Sometimes even an 8megapixel camera gives better photos than ordinary 13megapixel camera.


Myth 5. YOU SHOULD CHARGE YOUR PHONE ONLY WHEN BATTERY DRAIN COMPLETELY-- 



People have myth that we should charge phones battery when it fully discharge. But is false most smartphones come with Lithium-ion batteries which actually perform better when they remained charged. 

Myth 6. USE ONLY ORIGINAL CHARGER TO CHARGE YOUR PHONE 


Many smartphone user tell that original charger is best for phone charging. But you can use other compatible chargers  too , however time results with different chargers can be different. Modern smartphones batteries are smart enough that they can use maximum amount of power.
